In brief
Space Syndicate is a player-to-player store for game accounts: WarUniverse, Red Galaxy, DarkOrbit and Nova Horizon. Players entrust us with selling their account; our team publishes the listing, talks with you and acts as an intermediary until delivery.
The site shows the listings and collects payment. The conversation itself takes place on our Discord server, in a private ticket between you and the team.
Space Syndicate is independent: we are not affiliated with the game publishers.
Buying an account, step by step
The price shown is the price you pay, all-inclusive. Pay securely online from the listing page.
-
Step 1: Choose
Choose a game: only its listings are shown. Each listing page shows the progress, equipment and stats published by the seller, along with its reference, the same as on Discord. The ships and backgrounds are official game artwork.
The price shown is the price you pay, all-inclusive: nothing is added when you pay. Only available listings have a “Buy this account” button.
-
Step 2: Pay
On the listing page, click “Buy this account”. If you haven’t already, the site asks you to log in with Discord: you must be a member of our server, as that’s where you will receive the account.
Accept the terms and conditions of sale, then pay on the secure checkout of the Space Syndicate store, hosted by Shopify. Each account exists only once: as soon as it is paid for, it is no longer offered.
-
Step 3: Your ticket
As soon as payment is confirmed, a private ticket opens for you on our Discord server: only you and the Space Syndicate team can see it.
-
Step 4: Receive
A team member delivers the account to you there within 24 hours. Check it right away. When the sale is completed, the ticket becomes read-only: you can read it again until the team deletes it, and the team keeps a copy of the conversation. You also receive an invitation to leave a review.
Details in the “Account delivery” section.
Payment
For a ticket opened from a listing page on the site (WarUniverse, Red Galaxy and Nova Horizon): one method only, the secure link posted in your ticket.
- Where you pay.
- On the Space Syndicate store’s checkout page, hosted by Shopify. You reach it through the payment link posted in your ticket. The payment methods available are the ones shown on that page.
- The amount.
- It’s the price shown on the listing page, in euros, all-inclusive.
- One link per listing.
- A listing never has two valid payment links at the same time. This is not a reservation: the team can cancel or replace a link, and you are then notified in the ticket.
- How long the link stays valid.
- Until the team cancels or replaces it: there is no countdown. If it is canceled or replaced, the old message is marked “Cancelled” or “Replaced”, its button disappears and you are notified in the ticket. If you haven’t paid yet, we may send you one reminder in the ticket.
- The confirmation.
- Payment is detected automatically, usually within about a minute, then confirmed in your ticket: “Payment received”. You have nothing else to pay. If the order is recorded but the payment is still processing, the ticket tells you so: do not pay a second time.
- What if I don’t pay?
- Nothing is charged until you pay. If you change your mind, just say so in the ticket: the team cancels the link, and the ticket confirms that no payment was taken.
Account delivery
It’s handled manually by the team, in your ticket.
After payment is confirmed, a team member sends you the account’s login details in your ticket. Depending on the game, delivery may include changing the email address linked to the account: the team explains the steps in the ticket.
Nothing is automatic at this step, on purpose. Login details never go through the site; they stay in your private ticket.
Right after delivery
- Log in to the account and check it matches the listing: level, equipment, highlighted stats.
- Change the password.
- If the game allows it, check the linked email address and turn on the login protections the game offers.
- Something doesn’t match or isn’t working? Report it right away in the ticket, or in a new ticket if the first one is closed, quoting the listing reference.
After the sale. When the team completes the sale, your ticket becomes read-only: you can read it, but no longer write in it, until the team deletes it. A problem with the account later? Open a new ticket on Discord and give the listing reference.
Your security: our three rules
They also appear in every ticket opened from the site. If anyone suggests otherwise, it isn’t us.
-
Your login details, only in your ticket.
This site never asks for your password. If you sell an account, the team asks for its login details in your private ticket, and nowhere else. If you buy, you never have a password to give.
-
One link, in your ticket.
The payment link is always posted in your private ticket and leads to the Space Syndicate store’s checkout.
-
Never by direct message.
The team will never ask you to pay by direct message, or on another site.
Your ticket is a private channel: just you and the Space Syndicate team. If someone messages you directly on behalf of Space Syndicate, sends you a payment link or asks for your login details, don’t reply, and report it in your ticket.
This site will never ask you to install anything, or to enter a password.
What we check, and what we don’t
So you can make an informed decision.
What we do
- Review of sellers’ listings. Every listing submitted by a seller through the site is reviewed manually by the team before publication.
- One account, one buyer. Each account exists only once: as soon as it is paid for, it is no longer offered.
- Only one valid payment link per listing. A listing never has two active payment links at the same time.
- Payment confirmed before delivery. Payment is checked automatically, then delivery is handled manually.
- Verified reviews. The “Verified purchase” label is reserved for reviews from buyers whose order was paid on this site. Average rating of 5.0 out of 5, 295 reviews since March 2025 reviews from Space Syndicate members Read the reviewsHow reviews are collected
What we can’t guarantee
- The figures are the seller’s. Stats are provided by the seller; those in listings submitted on the site are reviewed before publication. Above 100,000, a value may be rounded down: ask for the exact figure in the ticket.
- The artwork is not the account. The ships, icons and backgrounds are official game visuals.
- A listing on the site may already be sold. Listings are updated regularly, but only confirmation in your ticket is final.
- The seller’s statements. Some claims, such as “never banned” on DarkOrbit, come from the seller alone.
- Publishers’ stance. We are not affiliated with the publishers and cannot guarantee how they treat a transferred account (see “Games and publishers”).
The site and Discord: who does what
The site does not replace Discord: each has its own role.
| Step | On the site | On our Discord server |
|---|---|---|
| Find an account | Listings by game, detailed listing pages, comparison | Listings in each game’s forums |
| Talk | Nothing | Your private ticket with the team |
| Price | Shown on every listing page, all-inclusive | Nothing to confirm before paying |
| Pay | The store’s secure checkout | Nothing: you pay from the listing page |
| Receive the account | Nothing | In the ticket |
| Submit a listing | Guided form, reviewed by the team | Private ticket opened on submission: login details, price and screenshots for the team |
| Leave a review | “Leave a review” form | Posted in the #reviews channel, without your username |
| Track your requests | “My tickets” (tickets opened from the site), “My listings” | All your tickets |
Some listings are only visible on Discord: the site shows a selection for each game.
Selling an account
You submit, the team reviews, agrees on the price with you and handles the sale.
-
Step 1: Submit
Click “Sell an account”, choose your game and follow the steps: it takes about ten minutes, and every field is required (enter 0 if you don’t have the item). You first log in with Discord (with an account that is a member of the Space Syndicate server), then read and accept the terms of sale before submitting. The form never asks for your password or the account email; you enter the amount you want to receive, and our commission is added to it.
-
Step 2: Review
Our admins review your listing by hand, within 24 hours. You can track its status in “My listings”: in review, approved, published, needs changes or declined. If it is declined or changes are requested, the reason is shown. You can fix and resubmit the listing once, within 7 days.
-
Step 3: Selling ticket
As soon as you submit, a private “Selling” ticket opens in your name on the Space Syndicate server: its link is shown at the end of the submission and in “My listings”. Our bot posts there right away to say the review is in progress, and the team asks you for the account’s login details. The bot then announces whether your listing is approved, with its link, or declined, with the reason.
After “Fix and resubmit”, the new version uses the same ticket: nothing to open.
-
Step 4: Price
The team confirms your asking price with you in this ticket, where you also send the screenshots the form asks for.
-
Step 5: Live
Once reviewed, your listing appears on the site, with its displayed price: the amount you want to receive, plus our commission.
-
Step 6: Sale
The team asks for the account’s login details in your private ticket, never on this site. Don’t change the password while the listing is live. For Red Galaxy, the team also asks you to switch the account email to a Space Syndicate address during the sale. The team acts as the intermediary with the buyer. Keep your in-game purchase receipts: they prove the account is yours.
Games and publishers
Space Syndicate is an independent site, not affiliated with the publishers. WarUniverse belongs to Spaiowenta, Red Galaxy to doganaylab, DarkOrbit to Bigpoint and Nova Horizon to NovaForge Solutions LTD; their trademarks and visuals remain their property.
The terms of use of some games forbid or restrict transferring an account to another player. A publisher may then suspend or close a transferred account. We cannot guarantee how publishers will act: before buying, read the terms of the game concerned.
